Ingredients
- All-purpose flour/maida - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1/4 cup
- Water- 3/4 cup
- A pinch salt
How to make Homemade Roll Wrapper
Steps -
First, take a big bowl and combine the plain flour, cornflour, water and salt in it.Whisk well until all the ingredients combined well and there are no lumps in the batter. Batter will be more runny.
Take a non stick pan, put on medium heat and grease it with oil. When the pan is hot, pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan around to make a thin circle.
Now, Cook the roll wrapper on medium heat until sides beginning to peel off. When the sides begin to peel off, turn the wrapper and cook on the other side. Repeat this process for remaining batter to make more roll wrappers.
You can store roll Wrappers, place one above the other and greased with little oil. Store in airtight containers and place them in the freezer.
