Best Home made face packs for sun tan - Remove tan with natural ingredients

After the long winter season, it's time to pack and store the heavy jackets, sweaters and caps. Summer season is here and it is the season to enjoy the outdoor fun with family and friends in the beaches and parks. Now, in summers we are like to wear light summer dresses but at the end of day, the harmful effect of the glazing sun on the skin which causes tanning on our skin. Our face, hands, feet all are looks very ugly and dark.

For get rid of this tanning, we are mostly run to the parlors or in salons and spends a lot of money.
In parlors, they uses quick bleaching  or chemical cosmetic products for instant tan removal, but all these  have the side effects on our skin which damage our skin in the long run.

The best option for removing tan without any side effect is home remedies which are made up with natural ingredients. These natural ingredients helps in nourishing our skin and also removes the tan in a very gentle way without wasting our money and time.
These face packs are very easy to made at home and the natural ingredients which is used in this are all found in your kitchen.These face packs are eco- friendly, skin friendly and harmless.

Homemade face packs for removing tan-

Cucumber, lemon and rose water face pack-


Take 2 tbsp fresh cucumber juice, add 1 tbsp lemon juice and add 1 tbsp rose water, mix it well in a bowl. Apply this mixture on your face, neck or tanned areas with the help of cotton. Leave it for 10- 15 minutes than wash with cold water. You can use this pack daily.
Lemon consists of acidic property which acts as a natural beach in lightening the tan and remove excessive oil . Cucumber and rose water acts as a cooling agents  for soothing the damaged skin.

Papaya and honey face pack-


For this face pack, first wash and peel the ripe papaya, than mash it with hand or blend it with the help of blender to get the smooth pulp. Take ½ cup of this smooth pulp of papaya, add 1 tbsp of honey and mix well. Apply this pack on your clean face, and leave it for half an hour till becomes dried. Now wash your face with water.
Papaya contains some enzymes in it which helps in skin whitening, exfoliation and restoration. 
Honey is anti bacterial and provides moisturization to the skin.

Besan (Bengal Gram Flour) face pack –


Take 2 tbsp besan, add a pinch of turmeric, add 1 tbsp milk, add 1 tbsp rose water and mix it well in a bowl. Apply this pack on your face, neck and tanned areas. Let it dry for 15- 20 minutes. After drying, sprinkling water on it and slowly remove the pack by scrubbing smoothly in a circular manner. You can use this face pack twice in a week. 
Besan is very effective in removing tanning and turmeric is antiseptic which helps in healing damaged skin.

Tomato and yogurt face pack- 


Take 2 tbsp fresh tomato pulp, add 1 tbsp yogurt, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, mix all in a bowl. Apply this pack on your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes than wash it with cold water.
Tomato is very Beneficial for our skin, it works as a skin toner to shrink the bigger pores and also reduce the oiliness of our skin.
Altogether, tomato, yogurt and lemon works as a natural bleach and removing pigmentation and dark spots from our skin.

Red Lentil with aloe vera face pack-

For this, take a 2 tbsp red lentil and soak it in a water for 1 hour, than make a rough paste of it. Add 1 tbsp fresh aloe Vera gel and mix well. Apply this pack on your face and neck, massage it for a minute. Leave it for 20 minutes than rinse off with water.
Red lentil has cleaning property and aloe Vera provides coolness . It's help in removing tan and rejuvenates your skin.

Fuller’s Earth (Multani Mitti) with Aloe Vera Face pack-

 

Take 2 tbsp fullers earth powder, add 1 tbsp aloe Vera gel and mix it well. Now add few drops of rose water, make a paste . You can also add 1 tbsp sandal wood powder to it. Apply this paste on face and neck, after it dry, wash with cold water.
Fuller earth powder is very good for our skin. It cools and sooth the skin burn or in irritation. It also prevents  the pimples and acne to reduce the extra oil from our skin. 
Aloe Vera is natural cleanser and helps in lightening skin tone.

All these face packs are very effective in removal of skin tanning. Try it at your home but you must remember that it takes time to heal. This is not a chemical bleach like that shows instant effect. Add these in your daily skin care routine for effective and desirable results.

But in this , you can spend so much money because all different types of facial are having there own range i.e. Cost of each facial. And as you all know that these are expensive and also takes your long hours in the parlous. 

 
So, You can easily saves a lot of time and your money by doing the facial at your home. In home facial , the best thing is that you know the product or ingredients which you are using.

Facial is a technique that makes you skin flawless and healthy. It is most efficient and effortless routine for your skin . It improves the blood circulation in your face and toned the skin. It also rejuvenate your skin and you looks younger than your age.

Types of Facial

Basic Home Facial Steps-


Facial at home is very easy and simple. Do facial once in 15 days which helps you to improve complexion, increases blood circulation, rejuvenates the skin , removes tanning and relieves tension. You will feel refreshed and more alive naturally. So, let start with the following basic steps :-

Step 1: Face Cleansing


The first step in facial is CLEANSING . In cleansing , you will clean you face and neck with good facial cleanser or makeup remover to remove all traces of dirt, excessive oil and makeup. You can you use store bought products, but make sure that for oily skin you should use an oil free cleanser and for a dry skin you should use a milky or creamy cleanser .

You can use natural cleanser i.e Raw Milk which is generally use in home for cleansing. Take a cotton ball and dip in milk and wipe your face to remove all dirt and makeup from your face. Use circular upward movements.After this wash your face with cool water and pat dry using soft towel.

Step 2: Skin Exfoliation or Scrubbing


The second step is Exfoliation which helps to remove dead skin cells from your face and neck, reduce large pores and improves skin texture. If you do good exfoliation on your skin , it helps to get rid of dead cells, sebum or oil and residual dirt on the face.
 
Apply facial scrub to damp skin and massage gently in circular motion . And focusing on area around nose, chin and forehead. Avoid scrubbing around the eyes as they are very soft and sensitive skin. Exfoliates for 5-8 minutes and Rinse you face. You can do exfoliation 2 times in a week and Regular exfoliation reduces the spots , wrinkles and fine lines from your face and keeps your skin smooth, soft and younger.
 
Use scrubber according to your skin type :
  • For oily skin – Orange and lemon scrub,
  • For dry skin – Banana and avocado scrub,
  • For sensitive skin- Peach and strawberry scrub.

Step 3: Massaging


The third important step is MASSAGING, after doing proper cleansing and exfoliation. The massage will bring a long term rejuvenating effect on your face skin and it helps to look younger from your age . Massaging increase the blood circulation in your face which reduces wrinkles and pigmentation,and also delays the aging. Massaging with good facial cream or gel is restores health of your skin and provides a youthful look to your face. Give massage for 15- 20 minutes and after that wash you face with cold water.

Step 4: Steaming


The forth step is facial STEAMING.You can take steam by many ways like take steam with steamer or with a towel. From steamer, you can cover your head with towel and lean your face over the steamer and capture the steam. You should take care not to go too close as it might burn your skin.  And with second method with towel, dip a towel in a warm water and press to your face and repeating 2-3 times. Take. Steam for 8-10 minutes and finish off by splashing cold water on your face.
Steaming helps to opens the pores and release the toxins and impurities which present on the skin. 

Step 5: Applying Facial Mask or Face Pack


The fifth step is to apply Facial Mask or Face Pack. You can use the mask or packs according to your skin type.
  • For oily skin- You can use mud or clay mask which helps to absorb excess oil
  • For dry skin – You can use hydrating mask or creamy mask and
  • For sensitive skin – You use a light gel mask
Apply the mask or face pack after steaming on your face and neck area but avoiding the areas around the eyes. You can also add rose water in it for better result. Keep it for 10-20 minutes. Rinse completely with water. Face pack or mask provides your coolness, refreshment and also reduce tan and blemishes.

Step 6: Moisturizing


The last and final step is MOISTURIZING of the skin. All skin types needs moisture. Moisturizing of skin helps to protect your skin from drying and keep skin soft and hydrated and also maintain the texture.You should choose a moisturizer again according to your skin type.
 
  • For dry skin - Use a cream based moisturizer
  • For oily skin – Use a gel or water based moisturizer
  • For sensitive skin- Avoid moisturizer containing fragrances or acids
Apply the moisturizer and leave it on the skin, so skin can absorb it well.

Mainly, Use the fruit moisturizer like banana, peach, strawberry, honey or cherry or even milk. These moisturizer helps to hydrate the skin by restoring the natural moisture and make your skin it soft and smooth.
