Coconut Oil Hair Mask

Coconut oil is the most popular hair conditioner for dry scalp. Coconut oil helps to improving hair cuticle and scalp skin, repair damaged hair and prevents keratin loss. Its anti-fungal property helps to removing any fungal infection as well as helps in itchy scalp. It also improves dull and frizzy hair and provides moisture in it.
Massage 10 minutes your head scalp with warm coconut oil with gentle motion. After that wrap your head with wet towel ( towel dip in warm water and squeeze it). Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo. Its makes your hair soft and smooth. 
You can add 1 tbsp of lemon juice or 1 tbsp honey with coconut oil.

Yogurt Hair Mask

If you have dry, damage or breakage hair problem than yogurt is the best hair treatment for it. Yogurt contains vitamins and proteins in it, so if you are looking for a quick treatment it can be used.

You can use yogurt directly or mix 1 tbsp olive oil in it. Apply over the entire scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it with cold water. It cool and calm you itchy dry scalp.
 

Banana Avocado Mask

Banana is rich in vitamins, potassium,and carbohydrates. Banana is great for dry itchy scalp, prevents split ends, and decreases hair fall. Banana is moisture rich fruit which helps to increase the moisture content in your hair and scalp. Avocado also has the nourishing and moisturizing qualities and helping to beautify your dry hair ends.
 


Take a ripe banana and half avocado, and blend them well. Apply this paste on scalp and covering your hair length. Leave this hair mask for 15- 20 minutes and wash properly.

Honey & Olive Oil Hair Mask

Olive oil amazing oil for nourishing our skin, but it also good for our hair. Olive oil is rich in vitamins, minerals and natural oil acids. It is also one of the most convenient oil for all skin types. Honey has anti-bacterial and anti -fungal properties.

Take 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix it well. Slightly heat the mixture over low heat to whisk both together well. Use a double boiler to do this. Apply this on your scalp and hair, wrap your head with plastic bag for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and wash.

Hair steaming gives nourishment to your hair  which makes softer and smoother  hair. 

Step 3: Hair Shampooing 


Third step is washing your oiled hair with shampoo. You can use any shampoo but it should be the mild. For oiled hair washing, always use lukewarm water to wash your hair, It helps you to remove all oil from your hair. Never use hot water for hair washing, it may causes dry scalp, dandruff  and weakens you hair roots.

Step 4: Hair Conditioning  


After proper shampooing, apply conditioner on your wet hair. You can use any hair conditioner that suits you either Store bought or home made. Start with the halfway down the shaft towards the hair tips than roots to the tips. Rub your hands together and spread the conditioner all over your head. You can also use a comb for proper spreading. Wash your hair with water.

Step 5: Apply a hair mask


The last and final step provides your hair all the required nourishment. Different types of hair masks are available in market, you can buy it or use your homemade hair mask. The homemade hair masks nourish your the scalp and hair roots. Making a homemade hair mask is very easy but also very cheap. You need a few simple kitchen ingredients.

Egg Hair Mask

For this hair mask, take 1 egg and beat it , add 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp olive oil in it , mix it well. Now, squeeze 1 lemon to the mixture. Apply this hair mask on your scalp to hair tips. Leave it for 15 minutes and than wash your hair with Luke warm water.

Yogurt Hair Mask

Take 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar,1 teaspoon of honey, mix it well in a bowl. Apply this mixture to your scalp to hair tips. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water.

After washing, by removing all particles of hair mask than wash your hair again with shampoo to get rid of any smell of egg or yogurt.

Now, You have successfully done hair spa treatment at  your home. See the desired result like this before and after in your hair.

Dandruff is a thing that you want to hide but it is very  hard to hide  that you have dandruff. And Sometimes even you  wouldn’t  realize that  others peoples are observing your hair and the traces or flakes of dandruff that makes you scratch your scalp every now and then. Dandruff is the shedding of dead skin in form of flakes from your scalp and it is a mild form of seborrheic dermatitis, this is a skin condition marked by large yellow or white  scales, redness and inflammation of the scalp, irritation and itching.

Some have different active ingredients like Coal tar preparations (Denorex Therapeutic Protection, Neutrogena T/Gel, Scytera) ,Pyrithione zinc (Selsun Blue for Itchy Dry Scalp, Neutrogena T/Gel Daily Control Dandruff Shampoo, Head & Shoulders) ,Salicylic acid and sulfur (Sebex, Sebulex) ,Salicylic acid (Neutrogena T/Sal ), Selenium sulfide (Dandrex, Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength, Selsun), Ketoconazole (Extina, Nizoral A-D, Xolegel)

When you shampooing your hair , rub your scalp well and leave the shampoo for 5- 8 minutes. And also Check the directions on the bottle of shampoo. Rinse thoroughly.
