Today, I share my favorite desert recipe with you, COCONUT LADOO/BALLS. This is very easy, tasty and quick desert to prepare at home. Coconut ladoo/balls are so soft and melted in mouth.
You can use fresh grated coconut or desiccated coconut bought from market. If you are using desiccated coconut then no need to saute it in ghee or butter. You can mix directly desiccated coconut with condensed milk and than heat the mixture. But according to my experience, desiccated coconut does not gives the good taste. So, it is better to grate the coconut at home, if you want to get the traditional and real taste of coconut ladoo/balls. In my recipe, I used Amul mithai mate condensed milk.
